Michelmores’ Corporate team has advised kitchenware experts Horwood Homewares on its acquisition of Australian-based business EcoSouLife. The EcoSouLife brand will become part of Horwood Life, a subsidiary of Horwood Homewares, which will aim to increase distribution and awareness across sales channels globally.
Founded in 1896 and headquartered in Avonmouth, Horwood Homewares supplies more than 2,000 table and cookware products across European markets. It also owns brands including Horwood, Stellar and Judge.
EcoSouLife is an environmentally conscious company whose mission is to deliver guilt-free disposable and reusable alternatives to plastic and foam. By using agricultural waste combined with the newest technologies, it has been able to create affordable and accessible products that are kinder to the environment.
Horwood Life will work with EcoSouLife to continue its mission to provide innovative consumer products, which are sustainably conscious, practical and affordable.
