Michelmores has advised Mobeus in connection with their £8.8 million investment into Gungho Marketing Limited (Gungho), a digital marketing company headquartered in the South-West. Gungho has offices in the UK and USA and specialises in business to business marketing in the Regulated Technology sector. Gungho has a substantial international customer base already, and with the assistance of the Mobeus investment will be targeting the USA and Asia as key growth regions.
The Michelmores team was led by Stephen Morse (Corporate), with support from Harry Trick (Corporate), Barnaby Baker (Corporate), Anthony Reeves (Tax), Siobhan Murphy (Employment), Justin Barrow (Data Privacy and Commercial) and Jonny Lane (Real Estate).
