Michelmores’ Corporate team has advised Copper Technologies (UK) on its fundraising of $8 million from Target Global Early Stage Funds, LocalGlobal and MMC Greater London Labs (part of MMC Greater London Fund).
Copper Technologies (UK) provides institutional custody & prime brokerage for digital assets, having created a secure offline cryptocurrency custody application and transfer infrastructure, which enables digital asset managers to safely deploy capital across multiple exchanges. The company will use the funds to develop regional client facing operations in key geographies around the world such as North America and Asia.
The Michelmores team was led by Edwin Richards, with support from Katie MacLean and Hollie Suddards.
Dentons acted for the lead investor, Target Global Early Stage Funds.
