Michelmores has advised BGF, the UK and Ireland’s most active growth capital investor, on a significant investment in tech firm Kubus, a leading technology value-added reseller (VAR) based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
BGF, an exceptionally active equity investor in its field, provides long-term, minority investment to growing companies. This significant investment by BGF will support Kubus in accelerating the firm’s business growth, helping to expand its service offerings, and drive innovation as a trusted partner for blue chip businesses and public sector organisations worldwide.
As well as financial investment, Kubus – whose turnover already boasts an impressive £35M – will be able to leverage BGF’s expertise and resources to grow the business through targeted acquisitions, enhance marketing and sales capabilities to reach a broader audience, strengthen operational infrastructure to support increased demand, and to explore new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
