Michelmores has advised 25/8 Marketing Group on its acquisition of a controlling interest in Leicester-based PrePackit Limited and The Cavendish Press Limited.
25/8 Marketing Group was founded in March of 2021 by a trio of industry experts, having a shared passion for the industry they work in and wanting to deliver a new breed in the provision of Marketing services.
The acquisition of PrePackit, a logistics hub covering over 20,000 sq ft, along with Cavendish Press’s range of printing services has bolstered 25/8 Marketing Group’s capabilities in logistics, print finishing and operational efficiency.
