Michelmores has been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Insider South West Dealmakers Awards.
The UK law Firm has been recognised in the Large Deal of the Year (more than £25m) category for its work on the sale of the South West based Red Paddle Co. The deal was finalised in November 2021 with Corporate Partner Henry Taylor leading a multi-sector team.
Michelmores has also been shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year – a title it won for the third time at last year’s Insider South West Dealmaker Awards.
