The Renewable Energy team at Michelmores LLP has acted for Spanish-headquartered Gamma Solutions in its purchase and subsequent sale of Chisbon solar farm, a 12.4MW project in Essex.
The Michelmores team, which was led by associate Alexandra Watson, advised on all aspects of the acquisition and disposal to Lightsource, a leading solar fund.
