Michelmores is pleased to welcome Maria Greener as a Partner in its expanding Construction & Engineering team.
Joining from Clarke Willmott, Maria has extensive experience across a broad range of construction project procurement including design and build, traditional and construction management, as well as the various standard forms including the JCT and NEC. Maria advises property developers, contractors, housebuilders, funders, public authorities, occupiers, investors and consultants and specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction and engineering law, real estate development and real estate finance.
Maria’s arrival further strengthens Michelmores’ already highly-regarded group of construction and engineering experts. The Firm’s experienced and highly respected lawyers advise regional, national and international clients on a wide range of issues across the supply chain, offering solutions-driven advice at all stages from the outset of a project, through procurement and beyond. The appointment of Maria as well as Solicitor, Sebastian Ombler, who joined the Firm from Hugh James in September, reflects the continued growth and breadth of Michelmores in this sector.
Maria Greener comments:
“I am very excited to be joining this well-regarded Construction & Engineering team, with both an impressive roster of clients and a wide range of highly experienced lawyers. I am very much looking forward to working with our clients on a variety of nationally significant and complex construction projects.”
Anna Wood, Partner, and head of the Firm’s Construction & Engineering team, adds:
“It’s fantastic to welcome Maria and Seb to Michelmores. Maria is an exceptionally experienced construction lawyer, and her arrival will further strengthen the growing team, and the work we are doing for clients”.
