Michelmores’ Corporate and Commercial teams have supported the in-house legal team at market leading end-to-end retail partner PRS, in negotiating a master franchise agreement under which PRS takes on the operation of one of the largest global consumer brand’s retail stores across the UK.
PRS, part of Peter Jones Investment Group, support a wide range of brands from international household names to emerging-market start-ups. Its latest partnership will see PRS support its partner to build on its existing Experience Store concept, evolving it into a complete retail solution across the UK.

The Michelmores Corporate team was led by Stephen Morse, Head of the Firm’s Business Group and David Thompson, Partner in the Commercial team.
Michelmores also provided employment and property advice around the transfer of existing staff under TUPE and the transfer of premises, with support from Partners Andrew Tobey (Employment) Stephen Newson (Real Estate) and Jonathan Kitchin (Financial Services/Regulatory).
